In celebration of Juneteenth, The CAFE Group hosts Liz Thompson and Melinda Wright welcomed Stasia Washington, philanthropic advisor, in conversation with Dr. Tyrone Freeman. The conversation honored the rich tradition of early philanthropic pioneers including the great Madame C. J. Walker and looked at how early models of Black philanthropy can inform today's work.
